Had the most amazing shoot with the most amazing kids! We shot (actually, Amy Berenyi shot) the kids at Tiedemann Park which is 2 blocks down Elizabeth St. from the Mew HQ. I later discovered that this park was the FIRST playground in South Carolina! How special is that???!!!! LONG LIVE LITTLE ROCKER THREADS!

Mary St. Magic

This is another one of those shoots that the stars align and everything falls into place. "Stars" meaning Bobtography, Model: Christie Buford, Mary Street, and Mew. Makes my heart sing! Lalalalaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!

BEST BEE GIRL COSTUME EVER. PERIOD.

Here's me and one of my besties, Brook Reed, looking spot on before we headed out to SKINFUL, the most notorious and EPIC Halloween parties the East Coast has ever seen. Yeah, there were other "bees", but only one BEE GIRL! You catch my buzz? (he he, see what I did there?) And here's my background music, as if you didn't know. To witch, I would bee surprised. HA! Have I ever mentioned that there is a Children's book in the works? Melissa Nelson and I wrote (the best ever) Children's book several years ago, and now it's finally going to see the light of day! I don't want to jinx it, but (hopefully) it will be available before 2012. It's called Spice and Little Sugar. So by now, you know how deep my love runs for Mary St., a.k.a. Mew HQ. But now, it's runs even deeper. We have quite a compound of creativity that is flourishing behind these great walls.
